Sam Haren practices primarily in the area of business litigation. He was born and raised in Belton, Texas. Sam began his career as a securities attorney with Andrews Kurth, LLP from 2007 to 2009. He then took a position with the Texas Finance Commission from 2009 to 2010 where he enforced financial regulations against various types of lenders. In early 2010, Sam returned to private practice in the commercial litigation firm of Fernelius Alvarez PLLC. In 2012, Sam joined Hawash Meade Gaston Neese & Cicack LLP, where he focuses on commercial and insurance litigation.

Brian Humphrey represents individuals and families who have been catastrophically injured or who have lost loved ones in a wide variety of cases, including 18-wheeler collisions, collisions with drunk drivers, industrial accidents, factory or refinery explosions, construction accidents, defective products, premises defects, assaults, and maritime injuries. Brian also represents individuals and businesses in litigation involving commercial sales and leasing, partnership disputes, malfeasance by corporate officers and fiduciaries, fraud and business torts, oil and gas and other real estate disputes, and commercial debts.

Emma grew up in Houston, Texas. She later moved to San Marcos, Texas and received a Bachelor of Arts in English at Texas State University. In college, she discovered her passion for justice and advocacy. After graduating from college, Emma knew she wanted to return to her roots and practice law in Houston. Emma received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. At UH, she gained valuable courtroom experience while interning for the Honorable Nancy K. Duke Bonilla is a South Texas native and belongs to a network of family members practicing law throughout Texas. He proudly served as a member of the Texas A&M University Corp of Cadets, and obtained his Bachelor of Arts and Master’s Degree from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. He is a law school graduate of South Texas College of Law. A long time advocate of education and community involvement, Duke worked himself up the school district system ladder as a History teacher, Coach, Administrator, and Campus Principal.
