Frank grew up in El Paso, Texas and attended Texas Tech University for both undergraduate studies and law school. After passing the bar exam in 1982 he worked in El Paso for 3 years as prosecutor before moving to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He has had his own firm since 1993. Jacquelyn is a trained Family and Civil Mediator as well as a trained Parenting Coordinator. Dispute Resolution Services provides mediation and conflict resolution training to individuals and groups as well as low cost mediation services. DRS works with parties engaged in active litigation as well as individuals and/or groups not engaged in active litigation but who are in need of conflict resolution or mediation services.
