I have more than 30 years of experience practicing Elder Law, Business and Real Estate Litigation, and Appeals among other areas of the law. I've represented business and the government in both state and federal court.

As an attorney practicing for 40 years, I have gained experience that has been invaluable. I was the first female county attorney of Wise, the first county court law judge of Wise County, and have served as an attorney in private practice.

As a fourth-generation lawyer from Texas with over 35 years of legal practice, I have dedicated my career to serving clients across the state. My practice areas include real estate, tax, and business formation, start-up, and operation. I also handle litigation across the full spectrum of business matters. I have successfully litigated more than 500 cases to completion, and I have tried to verdict or judgment over 200 cases.
