Brian Humphrey represents individuals and families who have been catastrophically injured or who have lost loved ones in a wide variety of cases, including 18-wheeler collisions, collisions with drunk drivers, industrial accidents, factory or refinery explosions, construction accidents, defective products, premises defects, assaults, and maritime injuries. Emma grew up in Houston, Texas. She later moved to San Marcos, Texas and received a Bachelor of Arts in English at Texas State University. In college, she discovered her passion for justice and advocacy. After graduating from college, Emma knew she wanted to return to her roots and practice law in Houston. Emma received her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center. At UH, she gained valuable courtroom experience while interning for the Honorable Nancy K. Sam Haren practices primarily in the area of business litigation. He was born and raised in Belton, Texas. Sam began his career as a securities attorney with Andrews Kurth, LLP from 2007 to 2009. He then took a position with the Texas Finance Commission from 2009 to 2010 where he enforced financial regulations against various types of lenders. In early 2010, Sam returned to private practice in the commercial litigation firm of Fernelius Alvarez PLLC. In 2012, Sam joined Hawash Meade Gaston Neese & Cicack LLP, where he focuses on commercial and insurance litigation.
