My name is Patricia Burns, and I have a long history with North Texas, as I spent summers growing up at my family's farm in Mt. Veron, Texas. After receiving my undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and working in the computer industry, I knew I had to return to North Texas. I moved to Fort Worth in 1997 to attend Texas Wesleyan University School of Law. Ms. Forehand is proud to be a sixth generation Texan. While her family’s military service made for a mobile childhood, the DFW metroplex has been her home for more than ten years and is where she received her post-secondary education, first as a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington and then at Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth.
