Dakota Wrinkle is the managing attorney of Texas Landowner Law Firm, PLLC. Mr. Wrinkle is licensed to practice law in both Oklahoma and Texas. Mr. Wrinkle obtained his Bachelor of Science degree with cum laude distinction in biology from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. After graduating from Hardin-Simmons, Mr. Wrinkle obtained his Juris Doctor with Highest Honor from The University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I am very experienced in domestic litigation and do appeals in areas of civil law. I am a mediator and a member of the State Bar College. I volunteer at Fathers for Equal Rights and am a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. I am very dedicated to my clients and will always put their interests first. Professional Expertise: Since August of 2007, Jeffrey’s primary area of practice has been in real estate litigation, primarily in residential landlord-tenant disputes. Jeffrey has extensive experience with real estate litigation claims involving common law and statutory fraud, fraud by non-disclosure, negligent misrepresentation, and alleged violations of the Texas Consumer Protection – Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA).
