Ryan Perdue joined Fernelius Simon PLLC in 2010. Previously, Ryan was a shareholder at a well-respected litigation boutique. He has extensive litigation experience practicing before state and federal courts and administrative tribunals and has helped his clients obtain a number of notable results.

Brannon joined Fernelius Simon PLLC as a partner in 2015. Previously, Brannon was a litigation partner with the Houston office of King & Spalding, an Am Law 50 firm where he practiced from 1999 to 2015. His practice includes business disputes, personal injury, environmental litigation, construction disputes, toxic torts and product liability. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants.
