Frank grew up in El Paso, Texas and attended Texas Tech University for both undergraduate studies and law school. After passing the bar exam in 1982 he worked in El Paso for 3 years as prosecutor before moving to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He has had his own firm since 1993. Life long Texan raised in East and North Texas, and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and Houston Law Center at the University of Houston. A proud parent along with my wife of of three children we raised in Henderson County and our 4 grand kids.
