I am a passionate trial attorney advocating for personal injury victims throughout the State of Texas.

I was recognized by Texas Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" in Personal Injury in 2020 and 2014. I am admitted to practice before all Texas state courts and the District Court for the Northern District of Texas. I am licensed in Texas, having graduated from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where I served as an editor for SMU’s International Law Review and Chief Counsel in the school’s Consumer Advocacy Clinic.

David Wishnew represents clients in litigation, including complex commercial, bankruptcy, labor and employment, insurance defense, construction, and collection matters. Prior to law school, Mr. Wishnew worked primarily in financial services, holding multiple securities and insurance licenses. Born and raised in Texas, Mr. Wishnew is a member of the American Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, Texas Young Lawyers Association, Dallas Bar Association and Dallas Association of Young Lawyers.

Practice limited to Criminal Defense. Over 35 Years I have handled everything from traffic tickets to murder successfully. My practice has included being an Assistant District Attorney, elected Criminal District Attorney and Judge Advocate in the Texas Military Forces.

Frank grew up in El Paso, Texas and attended Texas Tech University for both undergraduate studies and law school. After passing the bar exam in 1982 he worked in El Paso for 3 years as prosecutor before moving to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He has had his own firm since 1993. When not working, Frank enjoys golf and flying airplanes when not spending time with his wife of 44 years Brenda, his children and grandchildren..

Ron Stutes’ practice is focused upon providing a wide variety of counseling and litigation-related services to municipal clients. He has experience in lawsuits regarding constitutional challenges to ordinances, environmental matters, land use issues, code enforcement, utility and franchise matters, municipal bonds, bankruptcy, federal
grants, and annexation. Mr. Stutes has tried lawsuits involving these issues in both state and federal court.
