Martin Robson is a founding partner at Charhon Callahan Robson & Garza. He represents foreign and domestic companies engaged in complex commercial and patent litigation in federal and state courts nationwide.

I am very experienced in domestic litigation and do appeals in areas of civil law. I am a mediator and a member of the State Bar College. I volunteer at Fathers for Equal Rights and am a member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas. I am very dedicated to my clients and will always put their interests first. Cynthia Hardy Smith comes to Alford, Sinkule & Lazarz LLP from the Office of the Attorney General. As a Deputy Attorney General (D.A.G.), Cynthia spent ten years vigorously defending the interests of the people of the State of Texas in a variety of personal injury actions including automobile accidents, train accidents and slip and falls. Prior to becoming an attorney, David had an accomplished 20-year career as a Navy SEAL. He deployed numerous times to various countries around the world, including Afghanistan and Iraq. David was selected and served as an instructor at the Navy’s Basic Underwater Demolition School (BUD/S).
