Ernest Istook's legal work centers around litigation to remedy the wrongs which people encounter. This includes personal injury, medical malpractice, defective products, wrongful taking of property, business disagreements, real estate disputes, will contests, financial frauds, and untangling other challenging situations.

Ernest has been practicing law since 1977, but took a time out to serve 14 years as U.S. Congressman for Oklahoma’s 5th District, part of 25 years he served in federal, state and local office. He is licensed to practice law in Utah, Oklahoma, the United States Supreme Court and other federal courts.

Eric earned his bachelor’s degree in organizational communication and business from Brigham Young University – Idaho and his Juris Doctor from the UNLV Boyd School of Law. While in law school, Eric distinguished himself by serving as an editor on the law journal and by making the Dean’s Honor List. Eric served the Las Vegas community as a certified county mediator and by volunteering at the Clark County Legal Aid Center. He also served as Vice President of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Bryan is currently an associate attorney at Retallick and Associates, PC. Bryan practices in the areas of family and bankruptcy law. Prior to joining Retallick & Associates, Bryan worked as an associate attorney for Hoskins Legal Solutions, as a law clerk for the Attorney General's Office in the Criminal Appeal's Division, and as a law clerk for the Institute for Clean and Secure Energy.
