Andrew is a long-time Virginia local government attorney who represents governmental entities and officials throughout Virginia in specialized and general matters, and in specific litigation matters, and may also assist some who deal with Virginia governmental entities and officials in appropriate situations. He is a former President of the Local Government Attorneys of Virginia, Inc.
