I have been practicing law for over 35 years. In general, I specialize in consumer rights issues, helping people who were having problems with debt collectors, credit reports, predatory lending, and fraud.

Our practice is concentrated in the areas of civil litigation and business law. As a boutique law firm, we can provide clients, big or small, partner level experience with a high degree of personal attention at a good value in handling your case.

Chuck grew up in Massachusetts and moved to Virginia in 2002. He attended Liberty University where he graduated with a B.S. in Government with a focus in Pre-law. After receiving his degree Chuck attended the Liberty University School of Law. Chuck earned his J.D. and was admitted to the State Bar in 2012. When not working Chuck enjoys spending time with his wife, Chrissey, and his two young children, Landon and Chloe. He also likes to play and watch sports.

Miller Moreau was born and raised in the Danville-Pittsylvania County area and returned to his family's firm, Williams & Light, after attending Campbell Law School in Raleigh, North Carolina.
