Born in the Midwest, Russell Kruse has more than six years of civil litigation experience. He is licensed to practice law in Virginia, Maryland, California and the District of Columbia. Russell has practiced civil litigation based in both Central and Northern Virginia. Paul is a former senior claims adjuster for a major insurance company.
