Jason is licensed to practice in West Virginia and Virginia. He resides in Pearisburg, Virginia with his wife, Catherine, and they have four children, Sydney, William, James, and John Thomas. Jason is a member of the Pearisburg First United Methodist Church and serves on the Pearisburg Town Council.

Louis Nagy co-founded our firm after honorably serving the community for seven years as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney. During his time as a prosecutor, Louis handled all types of criminal cases, including both state and federal cases. William R. Kilgore, Esq. is a graduate of George Wythe High School, The University of Tennessee - Knoxville, and Syracuse University College of Law. He passed the bar exam and became a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Virginia in October 2018. After the bar, William returned home to Wytheville, VA, where he began working as an Assistant Commonwealth Attorney (prosecutor) for Wythe County. In 2022, William left the Commonwealth Attorney's Office to open his own practice and better serve the citizens of Wythe County and surrounding areas.
