Let me take an awkward moment to brag a little.  I have been practicing law either as a Prosecutor or Defense Attorney for over 30 years. Phillip A. Quatrini is an experienced corporate transactions attorney, who formerly practiced in the Washington, DC office of Bryan Cave LLP, where he has represented public and private companies in a variety of domestic and international transactions for more than fifteen years.
