Donald Michael (Mike) Gunning was born in Houston, Texas and as a young child moved to Spokane, Washington.

Michael did his undergraduate work at Eastern Washington University where he graduated with a degree in Economics. Mr. Gunning then went on to receive his Juris Doctor Degree from Gonzaga University Law School. Mr. Gunning was admitted to practice before all courts in the state of Washington and United States Federal Court. He is a member of the Washington State Bar Association and Wealth Counsel.

Dusty was born in Spokane Washington, went to North Central High, then the Gonzaga for college and law school in 1980 He worked as a law clerk at the Washington Court of Appeals,was associated with Holme, Roberts & Owen in Denver, then with Bob Anderson, Carl Maxey, Bob Henderson and finally Russ Van Camp in Spokane. I grew up in Montana working in my family's construction company, and moved to Spokane to attend Gonzaga University.
