Lisa Christoffersen assists northwest businesses and professionals with work visas, employment-based and family-based permanent residency, and citizenship. She is active with the American Immigration Lawyers Association and has been named a Washington SuperLawyer.

We practice in Washington and Oregon. Our practice areas are plaintiff personal injury, business and health care law. I graduated from the UW School of Law in 1975.

Arlo advises clients on business matters related to China, Latin America, and Web3. He spent nearly two decades in China, leading compliance and development initiatives for multinational companies across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, before practicing law in Colombia. During his time in China, Arlo collaborated extensively with corporations, international nonprofits, and educational institutions. Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Spanish, he is a skilled negotiator, even in environments that strongly favor local players. With deep expertise in Chinese law and culture, he excels at bridging communication gaps between foreign and Chinese businesses, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in their interactions.

Fred leads Harris Sliwoski’s intellectual property team and oversees the firm’s international practice, specializing in cross-border IP matters. With over a decade of international experience across China, Latin America, and beyond, Fred offers deep insight into global intellectual property challenges. A recognized authority on brand protection, he frequently serves as an expert witness in international IP litigation and arbitration. His clients often operate in cutting-edge industries that push the boundaries of existing IP frameworks, including cannabis, psychedelics, and Web3 technologies. Gabriel Harrison was born and raised near Bellingham, Washington. He attended Western Washington University and in 2004 earned his undergraduate degree in History and Political Science. Gabe entered the University of Oregon Law School in 2009 and graduated in 2012.

Gabe has been practicing immigration law since 2013. He currently owns Harrison and Pai, PLLC with his law Partner, Holly Pai.

Emma Kazaryan has a civil litigation practice with an emphasis on employment law. She has successfully represented clients in severance negotiations, workplace investigations, government investigations, and licensing matters. Her accomplishments include helping clients obtain professional licensure despite challenging obstacles and resolving a wide variety of matters (including workplace and government investigations) with stellar settlements for her clients.
