I have represented clients ranging from major companies and banks to the individual struggling through the dissolution of his or her marriage or the individual negotiating a land use issue with the city. I devote much of my time to trial practice, while at the same time, I look for a cost effective approach to settle a matter in the client's best interests.

I have over a decade’s experience representing families in custody and divorce cases, and in suits against corporations, insurance companies, banks and landlords. The vast majority of lawyers have never tried a case before judge and a jury. I have tried and co-counseled more than a dozen jury trials, resulting in hundreds-of-millions in settlement and verdicts for my clients.

Gretchen Salazar concentrates her practice on employment law, representing both employers and employees. Her work for employers includes advising clients with regard to compliance; representing clients before administrative agencies; employee relations counseling; and the review and drafting of handbooks and agreements.
