I have been in practice for almost 30 years. My practice has focused primarily on helping individuals, families, and small businesses navigate through the bankruptcy process. My goal is to help people take back their lives. I also help those who need to organize their estates so that they may enjoy the fruits of their labors and direct the distribution to their heirs.

Thomas Balerud, after 17 years with the same firm, has opened his own law practice, located in downtown Tacoma. Tom is a graduate of both Pacific Lutheran University and the University of Puget Sound. Tom has enjoyed success in many well publicized high-profile State and Federal cases.
