I began my trial practice as a prosecuting attorney in 2007, litigating felony and misdemeanor criminal jury trials. I transitioned to civil litigation in 2010 and expanded my practice to include representing clients in business litigation and personal injury disputes. I am admitted to practice before all Washington and Idaho state and federal courts. I also volunteer as a Board Member on the Board of Directors for Catholic Charities Spokane.

Dusty was born in Spokane Washington, went to North Central High, then the Gonzaga for college and law school in 1980 He worked as a law clerk at the Washington Court of Appeals,was associated with Holme, Roberts & Owen in Denver, then with Bob Anderson, Carl Maxey, Bob Henderson and finally Russ Van Camp in Spokane. He has been running his own firm for 8 years now doing primarily Social Security and Personal Injury law.
