I have been in private practice for over 35 years. My offices were originally in Woodinville. I opened an office in Bellevue in 1993 where I currently practice.

I am a lawyer with a litigation and business practice in the Seattle area, with an emphasis on construction litigation, construction-related collection matters and business and real estate disputes. I represent clients in state and federal courts and in mediations and arbitrations. My clients include owners, general contractors, subcontractors, rental equipment suppliers and sureties. I have extensive experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts and prosecuting and defending against construction claims and general litigation matters.

Dave's practice includes the representation of companies, homeowners associations, contractors, landlords/tenants and individuals in civil litigation, transactional matters, and bankruptcy.
