Gretchen Salazar concentrates her practice on employment law, representing both employers and employees. Her work for employers includes advising clients with regard to compliance; representing clients before administrative agencies; employee relations counseling; and the review and drafting of handbooks and agreements. Gretchen provides employees with advice and counsel with regard to their rights and advocates for the enforcement of those rights through negotiation, mediation, administrative action, and litigation. Gretchen also practices commercial litigation and municipal law.

Sims is known by his colleagues and clients as an aggressive trial attorney who has litigated a wide variety of claims in state and federal courts, including those involving professional negligence, catastrophic injury, nursing home abuse, product liability, and more. He is at the forefront of the legal field and frequently writes and lectures on trial practice and legal ethics. Sims has cutting-edge knowledge of the law and innovative ways to protect his clients. He works closely with each client to understand their needs and advocate on their behalf. Sims is currently an adjunct faculty member at UW Law School.

I left the corporate and big firm world to pursue my passion: immigration law. As a passionate, lifelong advocate of human rights and social justice, I found my calling as an immigration attorney.
