I am the Managing Member and an attorney with Leech Law Offices. I am dedicated to representing people in defense of criminal charges principally in Washington, Ozaukee, Fond du Lac, Dodge and Sheboygan Counties.

Rob has enjoyed the opportunity to practice law in Southeastern Wisconsin for over 33 years. Rob and his wife, Ann, have three children, including twin daughters (UW-Madison graduates) and a son, and they reside in Mequon. Rob is responsive to questions from both individuals and business owners, and has handled a variety of cases and projects in the areas of estate planning, wills, elder law, trusts, probate, tax, small business, business sales and acquisitions, real estate, litigation and general practice. Attorney Therese M. Henke, a cum laude graduate from Marquette University Law School, has been practicing family law for over 20 years. She provides competent and aggressive representation in traditional (litigation) and collaborative divorces. She also accepts Guardian ad Litem appointments and, with a Masters Degree in Social Work, provides private and court appointed mediation services.

Sarah has been practicing immigration law since 2006. She specializes in family-based immigration, hardship waivers, naturalization and removal proceedings. Laureen Anderson-Stepanek has concentrated her practice in complex immigration matters since 2002. A graduate of Illinois State University with a degree in History and Political Science, Ms. Anderson-Stepanek did post graduate work in International Relations at the University of Wisconsin, Parkside and eventually obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University Of Iowa College Of Law.
