I have practiced workers' compensation in Iowa for twelve years. I only represent the injured workers, not big business or insurance companies. I have previously served on the Iowa Association for Justice Workers' Compensation Core Group and currently serve on the Board of Governors for the Iowa Association of Workers' Compensation Attorneys. Jake Peters was born March 14, 1960 in Council Bluffs and is a fourth generation member of the Peters Law Firm in Council Bluffs. He began working full time for the firm in 1983 as a law clerk, joined as an associate in 1985, joined the firm as a partner in 1990 and has worked there continuously ever since.
