Irene graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1980 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1981.

Irene is also admitted to the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio; the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio; the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania; and the U.S. Tax Court.

Irene is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Trumbull County Bar Association, and NOSSCR (National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives).

Rigel Ariza has almost 20 years of experience in workers’ compensation. His Juris Doctorate is from Cleveland Marshall, where he was the treasurer of the Hispanic Law Students Association. Rigel is bi-lingual, fluent in both Spanish and English. For that reason, he is frequently selected to handle cases for Spanish speaking individuals and companies.

G. Nicholas Mineff, an alumnus of St. Edward High School, holds a Psychology and Law and Society degree from Hood College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law. He gained notable experience interning at the Frederick County State's Attorney's Office and clerking for Judge Barbara Gorman. Matt was born in Ironton, Ohio and graduated from Dawson-Bryant High School in Coal Grove, Ohio.
