Henry A. Arnett is a 1976 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. He is also very active in the Columbus Bar Association, having served on the Judiciary Committee, the Federal Court Committee and as Chairman of the Labor Law Committee. He is General Counsel for the Ohio Association of Professional Fire Fighters and represents numerous labor organizations and individual employees in employee rights cases. Mr. Marcellino focusses a large portion of his practice on workers’ compensation litigation. Mr. Marcellino has represented hundreds of clients before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies.

Robert Muehleisen originally hails from Toledo, Ohio and is a 1990 graduate of Ohio University and a 1993 graduate of the University of Akron School of Law. He was admitted to practice in Ohio in 1993 and in Pennsylvania in 1995.

I have been a practicing attorney focusing on all types of injury cases (automobile accidents, products liability, workers' compensation, etc.), wills and estates, probate, social security disability and domestic relations cases for over 30 years.
