Cathy O’Donnell is the Vice President of the Wilkes-Barre Law & Library Association (Luzerne County Bar); Chairperson Luzerne County Dress for Success; a member of the Board of Directors United Way Wyoming Valley; and a member of the Board of Directors for Junior Leadership of Wilkes-Barre. She is an MBA, member of the D.C. Bar, and served as a District Justice from 2000 to January 2002. In addition to her practice areas, Cathy serves as the O’Donnell Law Offices Business Manager.

Born and raised in Pittsburgh, I focus my practice on representing injured persons in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, dog bites and other types of personal injury claims. I have also represented business clients in litigation matters, assisted families in estate administration proceedings and handled the firm’s criminal practice and zoning cases. I am licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania courts, including U.S. District Court of the Western District of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Chaffin is admitted to the Bars of the States of New York and West Virginia, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Western District of Pennsylvania and the Southern District of West Virginia. He is additionally confessed to practice under the watchful eye of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second and Third Circuits.

Attorney Jeffrey Weinberg is a native Pittsburgher who has successfully defended clients in front of judges and juries in multiple counties across Western Pennsylvania and in Federal Court. He attended law school at Duquesne University where upon graduation he was admitted to practice in Pennsylvania as well as all Federal Courts and the U.S. Supreme Court.

He has been in practice for 37 years.
