Chase moved to Greenville in 2001 after graduating from USC School of Law and began work as a prosecutor for the Thirteenth Circuit in Pickens, and later in Greenville County. After working for two years as a prosecutor, Chase started his own firm, The Law Office of H. Chase Harbin, P.A. Since 2003 Chase has defended clients in Federal Court, State Circuit Court, Magistrate/Municipal, and Family Court.
