Mrs. Parker is a native of the State of Michigan, born and raised in Grand Rapids. Mrs. Parker graduated from New York Military Academy in 1992 and received her bachelors in 1996 and her Masters in 1999. Chase moved to Greenville in 2001 after graduating from USC School of Law and began work as a prosecutor for the Thirteenth Circuit in Pickens, and later in Greenville County. Stephen Yacobi graduated from Wofford College with honors and received his juris doctor from the University of South Carolina, School of Law. He was admitted as a member of the South Carolina Bar in 1980. He is a fellow of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys and has been since 1993. He has assisted in the adoptive placement of more than eight hundred children.
