Amanda L. Biondolino
Sass Law Firm - Representing Employees in Workplace Disputes
Amanda Biondolino has extensive experience in all aspects of employment law claims, as well as fair housing and public accommodation claims. Amanda’s passion for assisting those whose rights have been violated, along with her legal insight and tenacious demeanor, make her a powerful advocate for anyone experiencing unjust treatment or illegal prejudice.
Prior to joining the Sass Law Firm, Ms. Biondolino spent years defending employers accused of discrimination and other workplace law violations. She also enforced Missouri’s anti-discrimination law, the Missouri Human Rights Act, as a Human Rights Attorney for the Missouri Commission on Human Rights. Amanda’s understanding of the law from all sides sets her apart from other attorneys. She understands the mindset and strategies companies use to successfully dispose of claims quickly and completely. Ms. Biondolino has translated this arsenal of experience into a powerful weapon to advance the rights of individuals wronged by their employers, housing providers or the businesses within their own community.
Amanda graduated with honors from Saint Louis University School of Law, in St. Louis, Missouri. She is currently admitted to practice law in the states of Florida and Missouri. She is current Co-Chair of the Labor and Employment Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, as well as a member of the Florida Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, also known as Florida NELA. Amanda is frequently asked to speak and write on employment and discrimination issues, most recently presenting Service Animals in the Workplace for the Labor and Employment Law Section of The Florida Bar at its 2019 Advanced Labor Topics conference, and the Public Interest Law Section’s webinar on Fair Housing Law. Ms. Biondolino “wrote the book” on fair housing law for the Missouri Bar Deskbook – Real Estate Law, 5th Edition, published in 2019, and has written articles for Lawyer magazine.
