I bring an ivory tower legal education from Washington University and over 44 years of courtroom experience to down to earth people. In 2004 I was named the Illinois Downstate Chairperson for the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Lawyers. I am also a founding member of the Bankruptcy Law Network legal blog along with about 20some attorney friends. We wrote a free legal blog containing hundreds of pages of articles about bankruptcy, but blogs got boring, so I pivoted to my free JustAMinit Law You Tube video channel, where I post minute, or so, videos about ways you can keep more of your money. I also recognize that sometimes bad things happen to good people.
