Bryan was born in Los Angeles, CA. He attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor Michigan where he received his Bachelors of Arts Degree. He obtained his Juris Doctorate law degree from Brooklyn Law School.
Mr. Arce is a member of the American Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and Pennsylvania State Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in the States of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and the District of Columbia.
Prior to coming to the firm, Mr. Arce worked as a Judicial Intern for the Equal Employment Opportunities Commission ("EEOC") for the Honorable Erin M. Stilp. While at the EEOC, Mr. Arce gained invaluable experience in Employment Law that he uses to benefit all of his employment law clients. Whether sexual harassment, racial discrimination, religious discrimination, gender discrimination, sexual orientation discrimination, age discrimination, or retaliation, Mr. Arce utilizes his broad background in employment law to obtain the best possible results for his clients. Mr. Arce utilizes this familiarity with the intricacies and nuances of the employee-employer relationship to resolve the issues, unique to each client's case. Whether through standard negotiations, mediation, or trial, Mr. Arce has a habit of making his clients very happy!
