I have been a consumer lawyer since 1992, with an emphasis on consumer and small business bankruptcy and defending consumers against illegal debt collection activity.
I manage two consumer bankruptcy law firms ~ in Florida and Utah. Over the 26 years of running consumer law firms, I came to understand that these are not law firms at all. They are consumer satisfaction companies that provide legal representation to consumers and small businesses. Client satisfaction is our #1 goal.
