Commitment to clients. Experience. Integrity. Statewide service.Born and raised in Long Beach, California, I graduated from the University of California, Davis, in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History. I graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 2011. While in law school, I interned at a major independent exploration and production company where I discovered my love for oil and gas law. After law school, I began my career by practicing at a law firm in Boulder, Colorado, later moved back to Oklahoma in 2015, focusing my practice on oil and gas operations in Oklahoma, Wyoming and Colorado. I have significant experience with complex oil and gas issues, including, but not limited to, title curative arising out of State and Federal drilling units, Restricted Indian lands, riparian rights and accretion of rivers, subdivision/townsite ownership and sophisticated production schemes. Since 2011, I have been in the private sector where my practice focuses on the preparation of oil and gas title opinions, due diligence and curative work for operations in Oklahoma, Wyoming and Colorado. I also practice business entity formation, estate planning, probate, and family law in Oklahoma. I currently volunteer as a reviewing case file attorney with the Oklahoma Innocence Project. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband, running and surfing when I can make my way to the beaches on the coast.

- Q. After she graduates high school does Oklahoma law say I have to keep paying child support because she is in college??
- A: Even if your child is in college, but has not yet reached the age of 18, typically you are still obligated to pay child support until she reaches the age of 18, being the age of majority in Oklahoma. In some cases, parents have agreed to continue paying for certain activities and support related matters for children beyond the age of majority, by agreement as set forth in their specific Child Custody Plan.
