Fred Shahrooz-Scampato
Fred Shahrooz-Scampato has over two decades of litigation experience in employment law in New Jersey state and federal courts. He sits on the National Employment Lawyers Association Board (NJ Chapter), Calais School Board (children with special needs school) and Boys and Girls Club of Union County Board, lectures on employment law issues at CLE seminars, and teaches business law for the MBA program at Fairleigh Dickinson University. His practice focuses on plaintiffs' employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and whistleblower actions. He also provides advice to small and medium-sized businesses on employment issues. Mr. Shahrooz-Scampato has tried many civil and employment matters to verdict and successfully settled over a thousand cases.
