Glenn Evan Goldberg

I'm Glenn E. Goldberg, and my legal practice spans across several key areas including real estate litigation, banking and finance, commercial real estate, corporate and general business, in addition to probate, civil litigation, and estate planning. In banking and finance, I have an extensive background in documenting and closing a variety of transactions such as residential, commercial, and construction loans, term loans, loan modifications, and complex dealings involving wrap notes, credit tenant leases, and mortgage defeasances.

With 20 years of experience in foreclosures and workouts, I have represented banking institutions and lenders in property foreclosure litigation, loan workouts, and forbearance agreements. My extensive portfolio includes managing hundreds of foreclosures, workouts, and forbearances involving a wide array of properties, from single-family homes and large developments to industrial projects and commercial office buildings.

In commercial real estate, I dedicate a significant portion of my practice to negotiating and drafting commercial leases, easements, parking agreements, development agreements, and real estate purchase and sale agreements. I also offer strategic advice and assistance on real estate development projects.

Expanding into probate, civil litigation, and estate planning, I bring my detailed legal acumen to help clients navigate complex issues surrounding asset distribution, estate management, and litigation related to estate and trust disputes. Additionally, I operate a title company that assists with real estate closings, providing comprehensive title services and ensuring smooth transactions for all parties involved. This expansion allows me to offer comprehensive services that meet the evolving needs of my clients.
