Janet JungWon Greathouse
Janet Greathouse has dedicated her legal career to assisting individuals and businesses of all sizes in meeting their immigration needs. Whether representing a client in overcoming a visa application denial or a business in petitioning on behalf of a foreign worker, Ms. Greathouse strives to meet the highest professional standards. Ms. Greathouse has extensive experience in a wide range of visa matters, such as successfully assisting investors in obtaining E-2 and immigrant investor (EB-5) visas. In representing corporate clients, Ms. Greathouse assisted companies in obtaining nonimmigrant work related visas (H-1B, L-1 and TN), and employment based lawful permanent residence (PERM applications, I-140 petitions and adjustment of status). Other matters that were successfully handled by Ms. Greathouse include inadmissibility waivers, naturalization, marriage based adjustment of status, K-3 visas, and religious worker visas.
