Claimed Lawyer ProfileQ&ASocial Media

Criminal Defense and DUII Defense in Clackamas County Circuit Court and the surrounding municipal courts (West Linn, Lake Oswego, Gladstone, Canby, and Oregon City) for nearly a decade. Serving my clients locally allows me to dedicate more time to my clients cases, rather than dedicating time for travel.

Year after year this law firm delivers accessible representation, extensive preparation, strong communication, and effective results.

The number one complaint about lawyers is not being able to get them on the phone. I pride myself on not making that mistake. If I am not able to take a call, I always do my best to return it within 24 - 48 hours.

4 Questions Answered

Q. Can my address be given away after a DUII before my court date? I received letters from attorney's regarding it.
A: Direct mail marketing is a form of advertising that many attorneys use. The way they get this information is through public records requests for the arrest.
Q. I'll try making this question short and too the point without dragging on with tiny details, only facts. On Jan
A: This is an incredibly frustrating situation. Unfortunately, bad advice is not a defense. However it can be incredibly mitigating. The notice issue could possibly be a defense, but, most of the time when someone is convicted of a DUII they sign a suspension notice right there in court.
Q. I got a dui in Jan still haven't had court. Da office has no record of my citation. What do I need to do.
A: This is something that does tend to happen (some places are worse than others). You should hire a lawyer to go over your case with you and try to monitor the case as carefully as possible. One thing you do not want to do is bring attention to the situation. It is pretty rare that paperwork like this falls through the cracks, but it does happen, and could be very beneficial to your case.
Q. Traffic Law: DUI how might i want to talk in court? how should i work on lowering my sentence.
A: You need to speak with a DUII attorney as soon as possible. It sounds like (from your question) that you are thinking about doing this alone. You should re-think that, even if you are eligible for diversion. Getting into diversion is not the hard part of dealing with a first time DUII (in most cases), the hard part is getting through diversion successfully. Even people with an excellent attitude, and the best intentions have problems come up during the year they are in diversion. These problems (even if they are small) can get you revoked. Revocation will result in many different penalties, a few examples are: 1) jail, 2) license suspension, and 3) fines (among everything else) Having an attorney can you get though this complex program as unscathed as possible.
