Julia Thome

Ms. Thome specializes in employment visas including H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, and investor visas including E-2 and EB-5. Ms. Thome earned her Juris Doctor degree from the George Washington University Law School. During law school, she was President of the Hispanic Law Student Association. She also served as a law clerk for the Bureau of Consular Affairs of the U.S. Department of State, law clerk for the General Counsel to the Council of the District of Columbia, and was a student attorney for the Jacob Burns International Human Rights Clinic. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Thome attended the University of San Diego where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations & Spanish. Ms. Thome is fluent in Spanish and proficient in French. Her language skills enhance her ability to guide her clients through the complexities of employment and investment immigration law. Ms. Thome enjoys seeing her clients benefit from immigration provisions that provide talented foreigners and investors with exciting opportunities in the U.S. Ms. Thome is licensed to practice law in the State of California. She is also a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the California State Bar Association.
