Rachel C. Krupnick is an associate at McOmber McOmber & Luber, P.C., and practices out of the firm’s Red Bank, New Jersey office. She handles all aspects of employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and whistleblower claims.
Mrs. Krupnick graduated from Towson University’s Honors College in 2015, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Journalism & New Media. Following her graduation from Towson, Mrs. Krupnick attended Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey.
During law school, Mrs. Krupnick served as an intern for the Honorable Jeffrey L. Schmehl of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, where she conducted legal research and drafted bench memoranda regarding a wide range of both civil and criminal matters.
Thereafter, Mrs. Krupnick served as a judicial extern for two administrative law judges in the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Philadelphia, where she reviewed employment discrimination complaints on request for a hearing from federal sector employees.
Afterward, Mrs. Krupnick worked as a law clerk in McOmber McOmber & Luber’s Marlton, New Jersey office. She remained a law clerk with the firm until her graduation from Rutgers Law School in 2021. Mrs. Krupnick was active in her law school community, having been elected Managing Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion and serving as a student representative for Themis Bar Review.
Upon graduation, Mrs. Krupnick served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mark A. Troncone of the New Jersey Superior Court, Civil Division.
Mrs. Krupnick was admitted to the New Jersey bar in 2021 and is expected to be admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 2022. She currently lives in Ocean Township, New Jersey, and loves to do anything outdoors with her dogs.
