Thomas Utzinger

Thomas A. Utzinger is an attorney, consultant, and author. Among other projects, he manages GlacierAdvisory LLC, a public policy and business advisory firm focused on sustainability-related strategies. For more than twenty years, Thomas has worked in consulting, corporate, law firm, and government positions in New York, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. He holds an LL.M. in Environmental Law from The George Washington University Law School, a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and a B.A. in History from Cornell University. Thomas is a contributing writer for publications by the American Bar Association, Thomson Reuters, LexisNexis, and ELR News and Analysis.
