I have represented clients in a wide range of industries including health care, commercial and residential real estate development, management service companies, wholesale and distribution, hemp, commercial bakeries, construction suppliers, commercial banks, SaaS companies, and manufacturing.

Tom Moring’s practice emphasizes complex real estate and commercial disputes, creditor’s rights, tort litigation and collections matters. Mr. Moring has extensive experience in managing and performing all aspects of litigation from initial investigation through discovery to trial.
