I'm an experienced trial and appellate lawyer who has litigated cases in most Ohio counties and in various federal courts across the country and in arbitration, primarily at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Mr. Shaffer is a native of Steubenville,Ohio. He is married to Arlene B. Angel-Shaffer, Esq. who is currently retired. His daughter, Sarah and her husband are both Registered Nurses. They are the proud parents of three sons. His oldest son, Daniel is a student at Carlow Univerity and working at HVL Laboratories. His younger son, Joseph is currently serving in the United States Air Force.
