My practice is dedicated to growing and preserving the wealth of our community. I am a native of South Texas and grew up in Alice. After decades away gaining the education and experience needed to improve my community I have returned to raise my family and provide our community with quality legal services.

More than 20 years as a trial lawyer and litigator in federal and state courts, both for the defense and as plaintiff, handling maritime and admiralty cases, oilfield cases, transportation cases, product liability cases, insurance cases, commercial disputes, suits against federal and state governmental entities and personal injury and wrongful death cases. Two decades litigating has taught me a lot of things, the number one thing is to be prepared. I am kicking back a bit and enjoying my family but still helping out where I can to friends and family.
