Peggy graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas and received her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, now A&M University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Fallin worked in the corporate world in the insurance and oil & gas industries.

Frank grew up in El Paso, Texas and attended Texas Tech University for both undergraduate studies and law school.
