The founding shareholder of Dillon Miller Ahuja & Boss, LLP, Mr. Dillon’s practice focuses on complex litigation matters, with an emphasis on business and commercial litigation, real estate matters, personal injury, and contract disputes. Mr. Dillon also advises the firm’s varied corporate and business clients in strategies to limit exposure to litigation through business policies, contract drafting and employment practices.

Mr. Miller’s litigation practice focuses on trials, arbitration, and mediation, principally in the areas of real estate and business law. Mr. Miller is the chair of the firm’s Real Estate Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Miller also serves as outside general counsel for individuals and small businesses on transactional matters ranging from contract preparation to employee termination utilizing his 25 years of litigation experience to proactively protect clients from lawsuits. Prior to forming Dillon Miller Ahuja & Boss, Mr. Miller was a partner with the law firm of Seltzer Caplan McMahon Vitek.

Erin Lee is an experienced, licensed attorney with the State Bar of California. She obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, San Diego. Ms. Lee is licensed to practice in all Immigration Courts in the U.S., the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, Southern District of California, and the Central District of California. She has served as the primary attorney on hundreds of successful cases and is passionate about obtaining success for her clients. She also speaks Spanish and Korean fluently.

Danielle Ward has over ten years of experience litigating complex matters in a variety of industries including real estate, contract, construction, and premises liability.
