I sue abusive debt collectors who violate the law when it comes to attempting to collect past due debts. I also am a plaintiff's attorney for employees who have had their Title 7 rights violated. I have and will occasionally now accept defense work for those who have been sued for collection of a debt by a debt collector or original creditor of a credit card debt.
