Marshall Cohen is one of the founding principals of Antonini & Cohen. Admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1989, he has practiced immigration law exclusively for over 20 years. Jon Schwartz has environmental litigation experience in state and federal courts. Alicia Luncheon graduated law school in 2015, working first as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Chief Judge of the Newton/Walton superior court, then for another local immigration law firm. Kathleen Hoyos is originally from New York. She was admitted to New York University as a Higher Education Opportunities Program Scholar and graduated in May of 2010 with a dual degree in Romance Languages and Economics.

Nisha K. Karnani was born in the United Kingdom to Indian parents and immigrated to the United States as a child. She earned her Bachelor of Arts with Honors in Economics from the University of North Carolina in 1998 and her Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2001.
