I also mediate employment disputes, manage workplace conflict and conduct sexual harassment and other third-party investigations in the workplace. I have a unique perspective because I have represented unions, companies and individuals in my 38 years of practice.

Robert Holland concentrates his practice in estate planning, estate and trust administration, taxation, corporate transactional work, business planning, asset protection, commercial real estate transactions and prenuptial agreements.
